We are looking for Business Development Senior Specialist to join our fast-growing team.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare expansion plans of the related Station Based service and follow up the execution with the support of related departments
- 360 degree evaluation of the business plans and use case/scenario planning
- Be responsible of the design of the related Station Based service journey, including value proposition, geographical foot print, inhouse or partnership capabilities
- Set up potential sales channels for the Station Based Services, prepare periodic sales plans and hunt for potential leads and partners for the realization for sales expansion
- Prepare, follow up, negotiate and finalize sales commercial contracts for expansion points and partners
- Direct responsibility of the operational, financial and customer satisfactino performance of the related Station Based service
- Build up a partnership network, live and potantial
About You
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Management or other related fields
- At least 5+ years of experience especially in business development, business design, network development, retail expansion, sales planning and development
- Experience on business design and financial analysis of the design
- Excellent at commercial negotiation and contractual frame design
- Great at building partnership networks and relations
- Experience in reporting, analytical thinking and data analysis
- Have very good at written, verbal and presentation skills
- Have a proven track record of effectively achieving results in a cross-functional and agile environment
- Solution oriented and has innovative way of the problem solving skills
