We are looking for a Customer Experience Professional for our rapidly growing teams in this environment.
Our expectations from Operational Excellence Professional at TikTak
- Within the scope of operational excellence studies; create training documents and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs),
- To create process analysis studies to determine the improvement/development and simplification needs of operational processes by coming together with the teams,
- To ensure that process improvement suggestions and methods are collected, prioritized and transformed into action plans in line with the strategic goals of the company,
- To ensure that gaps between existing and target process flows are found,
- Preparing technological solution proposals, producing projects and documenting these projects and sharing them with technology teams,
- Preparing weekly, monthly and quarterly progress reports and presentations
Our expectations from you in this position
- Preferably graduated from engineering departments of universities,
- 3 years of work experience in process improvement and project development,
- Experienced in creating procedures, instructions and processes
- Knowledge of field operations and live operations,
- Advanced knowledge of English,
- Advanced knowledge of Visio, powerpoint and excel, (Visio is preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to provide coordination between teams,
- Willing to learn, have a perspective of continuous development and improvement
- Analytical thinking
