Our expectations from Growth Professional at TikTak

  • Having a never-ending appetite for seeking growth opportunities
  • Customer-centric and Data oriented approach
  • Develop short-term and long-term growth strategy goals, and priorities, partner closely with cross-functional marketing, product, operations, data science, and finance teams to align on key growth opportunities
  • Developing marketing plans for business growth on new customer acquisition, customer retention, increasing the frequency of use & cross-sell opportunities
  • Deploy A/B test on the user base to achieve the most effective ROI and increment lift across all funnels
  • Developing and implementing acquisition strategies, customer journeys, CRM activities, and other growth actions to improve LTV, CLV & CAC
  • Work closely with the Partnership team to strategize and execute campaigns

Our expectations from you in this position

  • Bachelor’s Degree in the related fields
  • At least 2+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, CRM, Campaign Management, and Loyalty Management experience
  • Highly analytical and comfortable in producing key insights and action plans through data analysis
  • A strong communicator in both verbal and written
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional teams and 3rd party companies
  • Good knowledge of MS Office programs (Especially Excel and Power Point)
  • Python and SQL are a plus
