We are looking for a “People & Culture Manager” who will be responsible for the planning, execution & management of TikTak’s talent initiatives.

What you'll do:

  • Lead a people and culture team to develop and roll out programs to help with hiring, team development, learning programs, performance, and employee experience
  • Drive fast growth and high performance across every level of the organization
  • Identify problems and opportunities for specialties, and work with our cross-functional teams to leverage the available resources, help prioritize and plan their talent roadmap, and fill the gap with immediate short-term solutions
  • Guide senior leaders and teams on the full people agenda - employee and talent management roadmap for company objectives
  • Ensure there is integration across all teams, headquarter, and field people on marketing, sales, product, and operations, and all.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in HR (startup culture experience is a plus)
  • 2+ years of management experience
  • Fluent verbal and written English language skills
  • Strong practical knowledge in all HR functional areas especially in talent acquisition, performance management, organizational design, and employee experience
  • Innovative mindset and customer success focus
